WORTHY 2020 has been cancelled.
Though sad and heavyhearted, I’m so grateful for each of you and want to affirm to you that your commitment and efforts were not in vain. Working together for the common goal of lifting Jesus up in worship is the very thing that God was seeking in us as a body. Each act of obedience and devotion to the project—from practicing your parts to designing the artwork to lifting up prayer—all of it was received by God as an offering. I’ve found great encouragement in this prayer of Nehemiah—
“Remember me for this, O my God, and do not blot out my loyal deeds which I have performed for the house of my God and its services.” (Neh 13:14)
Though Worthy is cancelled, God’s love endures forever!
