    Sunday 3/22 2-5pm — soundcheck & dress rehearsal @ State Theatre

  4. Mandatory—Sunday 3/22 2-5pm — soundcheck & dress rehearsal
    PROCESSIONAL ONLY at 4pm

ROAD CREW

Sunday 3/22 only

  1. Load equipment at Lincoln, etc. onto truck at 9am
  2. Load equipment into State Theatre at 10am
  3. Do the same (in reverse) at End of Concert

STAGE CREW

Sunday 3/22 only

  1. Set-up Music Stands, Chairs, Musical Instruments at State Theatre
  2. Be available to help do other set-up
  3. Be available to help ensemble members, other artists, pastors get situated
  4. Tear-down at End of Concert

LIAISON POSITIONS

(Ongoing members of a church or fellowship)

  1. Communicating with individual churches/fellowships about WORTHY 2020
  2. Recruiting and communicating with ensemble members
  3. Making announcements
  4. Help to distribute posters, Q-cards, bulletin inserts
  5. Work with your church elders to help find a place that visiting alumni could stay at during their visit to Ithaca on the weekend of WORTHY.

iNTERCESSORS

  1. Hearing the voice of God
  2. Praying (either individually or as a group)—working with Church prayer veterans & students
  3. Seeing WORTHY in the context of the ongoing work of God in and through the Church
    Eph 2:21-22 — in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit
  4. Becoming familiar with the Worthy 2020 Prayer Initiative based on Ezra chapters 1-6
  5. Reading Salzano blog for prayer requests and spiritual needs plus encouragement thru Website Chat Forum
  6. Seeking for God to reveal His glory in our midst
